Updated Chinese address on May 18th:
The packaged body and transmitter silent patch have been uploaded together, and you can choose to install them according to your needs.
*Resource Emitter*
New automatic provisioning procedure. Once set up and powered up, you can activate the resource emitter and set up power lines from the emitter settlement to other settlements that also have resource emitters.
Working principle
Resource transferers utilize the in-game workshop and resource sharing system. It uses the "Send to Destination" UI menu for player interaction with the transmitter. So it works just like the assignment configurator, except you do it on activation instead of in the workshop menu. Very simple!
To connect a power line between two settlements, both settlements must have an active transmitter. Activate one of the two launchers and select the destination settlement you want to link. That's it.
More features
A resource transmitter records all supply lines it creates. It can accommodate up to 120 (or so) supply lines.
To remove the power line of a specific resource transmitter, tell the transmitter to connect to its source settlement location. Well, this will short out the transmitter and reset it. This is why the transmitter menu (next to the destination settlement) also displays the settlement location of the transmitter source.
If a resource transmitter is powered off, it will disconnect from the power line network and break all of its power line links (its own connections established as a source transmitter and connections received from other transmitters as a target transmitter).
No more untraceable suppliers and annoying Brahmins
Using the Resource Emitter, you can create straight lines, circles, stars, spider webs, or any supply lines you want.
You can use a resource transporter instead, either alone or with a provisioner. However, if a supply pipeline is connected through a resource emitter, the allocation provider for that supply pipeline will be deallocated.
Shakes, rattles and sparks
Resource emitters are made with sounds. It comes in two different colors (for vault crates) and is listed in the Workshop menu under Resources/Miscellaneous. You can craft a launcher in any workshop, including all limited workshops (e.g. Home Plate, Boston Airport, Mechanist's Lair, etc.). Crafting requires the 1st Sience Perk.
You can create as many as you want, but you can only operate one in checkout at a time. If you turn on the second launcher, you'd better duck.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
