About this mod Machine translation
DYNAVISION provides camera-like dynamic depth of field and autofocus effects.
In other words, when you get close to something and look at it, the subject stays in focus while the background blurs.
DYNAVISION OPTIONS
You can adjust DYNAVISION in-game using the MOD Settings holotape in pipboy's inventory under MISC.
Currently available features include:
Dynamic activation
DYNAVISION can be activated or deactivated in-game!
DYNAVISION effects can be changed from the ADVANCED menu depending on whether you are in RUNNING, COMBAT or INTERIORS.
Dynamic effect intensity
Increase or decrease the overall DYNAVISION blur.
DYNAVISION SHIFT SPEED
Adjust the speed at which DYNAVISION shifts focus.
Installation
Simply download using the mod manager of your choice and activate like any other mod. If you wish to install manually, simply download the file and extract the contents to the data folder.
I highly recommend using standard quality DoF instead of Bokeh as it looks better suited to Dynamic DoF. If you only use the static DoF option, you can leave it as Bokeh.
Known issues
- Bokeh quality DoF looks terrible when converted. I highly recommend using standard quality DoF.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
