Drummers Cove - Second Edition
DRUMMERS COVE - Second Edition
This version contains 1 exterior settlement in the triangle formed by County Crossing, the Irish Pride Industries shipyard, and the Bunker Hill bridge from Fallout 4. It is a vanilla player settlement, meaning no other mods or any DLC are required. Should not mismatch other mods except those that also affect the same area.
I also highly recommend using some fancy building mods like Homemaker, as I do myself.
DRUMMERS COVE Drummers Cove,(DrummersCove - Second Edition.esp),
serdur told me that this area is a good place for settlement, but I don't fully believe it and see it in the game. After seeing the place in the game I knew serdur was exactly right and built a settlement there. This is the result! So, thanks serdur, I hope this is what you thought.
Also included is an optional and fully independent county spanning expansion MOD.
This is not a game save nor a settlement blueprint!
Installing this mod couldn't be simpler: just copy the *.esp file from where it was extracted to your Fallout4/Data -folder, or use the MOD Manager if you have one!
This mod is completely vanilla, so only requires Fallout 4. As of now, this mod works fine on my computer, but I haven't tested it on other computers. This means you may find bugs. Please tell me about these and I'll try to fix them!
Note: I hate establishing boundaries, so this external reconciliation is without them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want to make these borders? However, there is a good picture showing the approximate square footage.
Warning: Most versions seen in the pictures are examples only, they do not exist in the mod!
Happy gaming!
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
