DrSPH's Greygarden Settlement Blueprint Factory Building
I wanted to create a settlement in Greygarden that was more than just robot-friendly.
The settlement, originally inhabited only by robots, can now be made with robots, and scrap can be broken down to create more robots.
But agriculture remained, and residents produced food and decorative flowers for all militia settlements.
This was created after the last game of the Railroad/Minuteman character.
The settlement is surrounded by walls, the workshop is now enclosed, and there is a huge factory building filled with serpentine conveyor belts.
There is a PC home and some guest room/hotel beds (even though we don't need them for the robots stationed there).
The settlement statistics are:
45food
13 water
540 power supplies (but not all are actually connected to the grid, just for looks)
9 beds
262 Defense
This blueprint will add 3511 items to Vault 88. This will affect your fps (depending on your system) and may take quite a while to import.
This has been exported with Transfer Settlements 1.41 and now includes all wiring. Send some love to CDante for making this work, as it makes the complex settlement of this work straightforward and you don't need to do any work.
By default it will be installed in slot 10 of Transfer Settlements.
It is recommended that you scrap/store everything in checkout first and then use this option to add the "original items". Some of them I kept and moved, which will result in you having overlapping copies of these items if you don't delete them first...

Originally inhabited by only robots, this settlement now creates robots that break down scrap to create more robots.
But the farming still remains and the inhabitants produce food and decorative flowers for all the Minutemen settlements.
This is created in the wake of the end-game for a Railroad/Minuteman character.
The settlement is surrounded by a perimeter wall, the workshop is now enclosed, and there is a huge factory building filled with snaking conveyor belts.
There is a PC home and some guest rooms / hotel beds (even though they are not needed by the robots I have stationed there).

It's recommended that you scrap/store everything within the settlement first and use the option to include "original items". Some of which I kept and moved, this will lead to you having overlapping copies of those items if you don't remove them first...
This was built with access to all the DLC, and uses many mods to complete the structure and decorate it, which you will need if you want everything shown (see below for list).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
