Who is Dres and what’s the problem?
Dres is a weapons dealer you can find in the Commonwealth as part of random encounters. Her dialogue is set in Settings, and you must make an introductory encounter with her before you get the barter menu. Unfortunately, the conditions for her dialogue are set up in such a way that if she tells you her name, you will never be able to buy from her again after you leave the area and let her unload. Since she is a repeatable encounter, this results in her only giving generic dialogue like "Huh?" and "Yeah?" if you encounter her again. Apparently this is sub-optimal and can be solved with this patch.
