background
In the first decade of the 20th century, as the U.S. military worked on concepts for a new universal self-loading pistol, one of the main competitors to the Colt-Browning pistol design that would eventually become the M1911 was the 1907 Savage model pistol. Unlike Browning's design, the Savage used a rotating barrel as its "locking" mechanism, although the effectiveness of the lock is questionable. It is worth mentioning that it has a very early double-stack magazine design. Although Colt's design would ultimately win out, as a generally superior design, the Savage would become the basis for fairly successful pocket pistols in .32 and .380 ACP.
introduce
My interpretation of this pistol is a slightly improved version of the original .45 ACP model. It's intended to be a bit side-staged compared to the original 10mm, does less damage, doesn't have an automatic receiver, but has a better semi-automatic rate of fire.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
