(Thanks, DM!

Drop the miscellaneous item called "A Wasteland Garage Spawn Marker" from your inventory and follow the instructions it gives you.

*3 vehicle types, each with 5 bodies to choose from:*

  • Tactical Humvee! - Not Hamvee...a Humvee. The A on the keyboard is waaaaay...not even close to the U.
  • Dirt Bike! - Just like mah mods! Wahahaha!

*HotRod Truck! - A HotRod and/or a truck. Sometimes it's one or the other, sometimes it's both.

Random notes I can think of at the moment to mention:

  • I (original author BlahBlahDEEBlahBlah, the same below) just wanted to get this out there/released, and to be honest, I'm not sure how well it went. I think they do a good job, yes, but I'm starting to get used to how good they are at work and sometimes it's hard to tell if it's "better" or "worse", lmao! I probably shouldn't have said what I just did, but oh well...just being honest. ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
  • If the turning radius isn't working properly (looseer/wider than usual), you can press 9 to toggle between two (preset) adjustments that *should* somehow make it to normal tightness. You can also try to get out and re-enter, or destroy the vehicle and place another one to use. This feature is only really used when the user considers the turning radius to be something other than "normal" (it's "not" the radius the user might "want" the turning radius to be).

Anyway, take a look at this more.

  • Do not uninstall mods while driving a vehicle. If you uninstalled this mod before leaving your vehicle and it caused your character to freeze, pressing the Tab key should fix it. Alternatively, make a new one-time save, close the game completely (don't just lazily exit to the main menu), reopen it and load the save. But, as a mod user, you really should know better than to do this in the first place.
  • Do not load previous saves while driving a vehicle. However, if you do this and this results in your character being frozen, make a new one-time save, close the game completely (don't just lazily exit to the main menu), reopen it and load the save.
  • Everything from the original mod is still present. Nothing was replaced, just added to it.
  • All the same stuff is also mentioned in the "Random Notes" section on the main mod page.
  • Each plugin will get a little better...hopefully. . . But it's all still very much a WIP and proof of concept...so, yeah, once again, that's what it is, LMAO!

As always, be kind, helpful, and remember that one day you may need help, so it might be a good idea to keep your bridges from being burned.

Thanks. =)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
