About this mod Machine translation
As the title says, this is an old upload, the 1.3 version of the weapon package brought by the boss of DOOMBASED. I mainly saw that someone had done Chinese translation before, so I uploaded it as a commemoration.
Now when talking about various weapon packs, many people will probably think of Nova's Combined Arms Pack and Russian Assault Weapons Pack, or the Modern Firearms outside the N station. But in fact, in the mod era of Fallout 4 in the first few years, this was the undisputed weapon pack (some old profiteer packs had this stuff). The themes were rich enough, and the accessories were various. It was once a hot item at that time. Of course, from the current perspective, this thing is indeed full of the sense of the times. It does not support STS, BCR and TR. The reloading animation of some weapons is still the same perfunctory left-side insertion and extraction as the original version, as well as various strange mold-piercing problems. If it had been uploaded in 2019, it might still be useful. Now that there are all kinds of weapons and jewels at the front, this old comrade can only retire (just like the author himself DOOMBASED, he has not been active in the community for a long time)
Prerequisite: Far Harbor DLC (the last updated Ithaca 37 shotgun uses the weapon animation in it)
The weapon pack contains the following contents:
Kalash assault rifle (AK, set of original battle rifle animation, cannot be replaced with redone animation)
CBJ-MS submachine gun (set with original Liberator animation, can be replaced with Liberator redone animation)
Catalyst shotgun (set of original combat shotgun animation, and does not support BCR and animation rework)
Desert Eagle (set of the original Liberator animation, which can be replaced by the Liberator reworked animation)
Chipaya three-barreled shotgun (independent reload animation, but does not support TR, no matter how many rounds are fired, it will be the same animation)
Glock P80 (set of original Liberator animations, which can be replaced with Liberator redone animations)
Jaguar light machine gun (set of original battle rifle animation, cannot be replaced with redone animation)
M1911 pistol (set with original Liberator animation, can be replaced with Liberator animation)
SCAR rifle (set of original battle rifle animation, cannot be replaced with redone animation)
Mac-11 submachine gun (set with original Liberator animation, can be replaced with Liberator animation)
LK-05 rifle (set of original combat shotgun animation, does not support redone animation replacement)
Rhino Powerful Revolver (set with the original revolver animation, which can be replaced with redone animation, but it will wear the mold)
that gun revolver (set of the original revolver animation, which can be replaced by redone animation)
Ithaca 37 shotgun (independent animation, does not support BCR, several shots are the same animation)
FN-FAL (independent animation, a few weapons that I think can still be used now, have their own differences from the WANA version)
VSV (independent animation, also one of the few weapons that I think is still usable)
To sum up, you can see that this is a collection of old things from my grandfather's generation and old things that are not that old. I personally do not recommend it. It is purely for commemoration. After all, when the 1.2 version of this website was released, it would be a crash. Now I am the only one left to release 1.3 after a few years. It has to be sad.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
