Diverse Wasteland Dip Pack

Located in the Optional Files section, the Diverse Wasteland Immersion Pack provides additional variety to the NPCs covered in the main mod. Currently, it conveys the following features (maybe more in the future):

Height Scaling: Most NPCs will vary in height, although this is not absolute. Unique named NPCs are unaffected, while some generic, randomly generated NPCs may have default templates and/or override highly scaled template actors.

Restored Content: A cut content costume called "Gunner Leathers" has been restored, but since it's nothing more than Raider Leathers with green accents, it doesn't fit the Gunner aesthetic. As such, it was renamed "Green Raider Leather" and added under the armor class lists for both the Raider and Predator, as standard Raider Leather was part of both lists.

Gunslinger Outfit Expansion: Adds clean uniforms and military helmets to the Gunslinger class list - after all, if your character can find or buy these items, so can the Gunslinger.

Bodyguard Outfit Expansion: Adds clean suits and hats to the Trigger tier list. Likewise, if your character can find or buy them, so can bodyguards.

Settlement Bell: In most cases, when the Settlement Summoning Bell is activated, settlers will run towards it (rather than walk).

Open Carry Providers: Settlers assigned to the role of Providers will carry weapons when traveling between settlements.

Scavenger Station Sandbox: The Scavenger Station sandbox has been added so that settlers assigned to it can travel further abroad when searching for scrap, even patrolling outside the settlement boundaries in the case of the smallest settlements.

Custom Armor/Gear List: Far Harbor Settlers draw armor/clothing from a custom list tha …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
