Diamond City's stadium seating is almost entirely barren and unused. It's boring. The citizens of DC and the DC government should have grabbed some free prime real estate by now and built their shacks there.

The Diamond City supplement addresses this issue, adding to Diamond City's crowded and bustling urban feel while also maximizing compatibility with other (non-Diamond City Overhaul) mods.
