This mod adds an apartment building with 2 available apartments on the top floor, each worth 6,000 bottle caps.

The building is located near D.B. Technical High School.
How to buy an apartment:
When entering the apartment building lobby area, you will be greeted by the receptionist Cass, from whom you can purchase the key.

A: I get really bad frames in the city and moving/removing anything makes it worse.

A: I plan to add more furniture and miscellaneous items once the bugs are ironed out

The collision mesh for 2 of the shelves is not working properly. (effort)
