Critical Hits Outside of VATS V1.1

About this mod Machine translation
The "Lucky Clover" perk has been modified, and a new perk has been added while the original perk effect remains unchanged: critical hits can also be triggered without entering V.A.T.S mode. The critical hit rate is affected by lucky points, and each lucky point increases the critical hit rate by 1%.
In the V1.1 version, due to the high critical hit rate affecting the game balance, the V1.1.3 version has been fully adjusted.
Critical hit rate bonus settlement:
Level 1: Increases the base critical hit probability by an additional 0.2%. Each lucky point increases the probability by a total of 1.2%.
Level 2: Increases the base critical hit probability by an additional 0.2%, and increases the probability by a total of 1.4% for each lucky point.
Level 3: Increases the base critical hit probability by an additional 0.2%. Each lucky point increases the probability by a total of 1.6%.
Level 4: Increases the base critical hit probability by an additional 0.2%, and increases the probability by a total of 1.8% for each lucky point.
Basic critical hit rate calculation: 0.2% at level 1, 0.2%+0.2%=0.4% at level 2, the same below.
And there is no upper limit on the critical hit probability. Example: 10 lucky points + level 1 lucky four-leaf clover = 12%
10 lucky points + level 4 lucky four-leaf clover = 18%
30 lucky points + level 4 lucky four-leaf clover = 54%
By analogy, if it exceeds 100%, it will be counted as 100%
Other matters:
The original "Iron Fist" level 5 modification can also trigger the "Iron Fist" perk critical hit in non-V.A.T.S. mode and paralyze the target for 2 seconds. The author has corrected the bug in the previous version that the "Iron Fist" can be triggered in melee combat with any weapon.
The drug "Overclock" still maintains a 25% critical hit rate in non-V.A.T.S. mode
The "World of Guns" magazine and the "Crit Strengthening" perk can also increase non-V.A.T.S. mode critical damage.
After testing by myself, this perk does not consume action points. (Please let me know if there are different test results)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
