describe
Hidden beneath the ruins of Concord is a forgotten Vault-Tec regional office, long abandoned after the bombs fell. Today, crumbling corridors and crumbling cubicles are home to ruthless gangs of marauders, and once-pristine corporate bunkers have become bastions of looted fortifications, makeshift camps and blood-stained secrets. Explore a new chapter of wasteland history detailed with loot, enemies, and buried beneath the Federation.
The entrance is behind the red rocket car and leads to Concord. Turn left onto the road where the dead Brahmin was, the Vault Technology Office is on the left.
Install
Download and install using the mod manager of your choice, or manually download and extract into the Fallout 4 data folder [..Steam\Steamapps\Common\Fallout4\Data]
Prerequisites
Fallout 4 base game
compatibility
It should be compatible with everything. I tested it and hoped the portal wouldn't interfere with other mods in Concord.
If you have a Fort Ivicic, you may see some spare tires outside the Vault-Tec offices.
If you are using Beantown Interiors Project, please load it after this, otherwise there may be occlusion problems. If you are using modules such as Clean Water, Illuminated Billboards or Regrowth Overhaul,
Some content may appear out of place.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
