Updated on July 18th:
Version 3.0
3.0 is already here, and it's bigger than Ginny Sack's mole.
- New super function. Remember her disguise system? You guys always shut her down and dress her in clothes that in reality she would skin you alive? So now she has 350 new lines related to the disguise system. She changes her tone, idle lines, and combat lines based on her faction (Institute, Brotherhood, Children of the Atom, Enclave, Militia, Mercenaries, Railroad). But this only works with her Camouflage System costume.
- Sometimes, when fighting a faction in disguise, she will throw out a special front that will confuse enemies enough to switch sides
- If you want her to play as an Enclave officer, you will need an additional patch to play AR2. She would say, "Kill them all and God will understand," speaking with courage. It sounded bad because I was trying to make her scream like Serge.
- I couldn't help it... If she disguises herself as the Institute, she gets combat teleportation. Arguably she...borrowed technology from a field research group that she failed to bring back.
- Several new scenes: Malcolm Latimer, Mama Murphy, Theodore Collins.
- She can now influence certain missions (kill Trish, take everything from Paul, force Darla to attack Slim, skip that stupid DIMA puzzle game).
- Her emotional dialogue got a huge boost. There's still no drama (who needs that?), but it's no longer just "Hi, I like you now."
- About 300 new lines about everything.
- Auto Comments: She will now initiate quest comments herself, just like my other mod patches. There are about 70+ of them.
- Sometimes they recognize Dixie when fighting attackers. They will run away.
- She may now refuse to carry something, or simply take something from you by force.
- She can now steal Power Armor Cores from enemies in combat. That means kicking them out of their tin cans.
- After sharing a bed, you will receive a special "Lovers' Hug" style perk called "Pleasure and Pain." The damage you deal and take is increased by 50%.
- Her talent now uses the actual base game icon instead of an empty frame (yeah, I haven’t made a custom one yet. Fuck it)
- If you cheated on her, she wouldn't just break up and stay your friend. Oh no. Now you have to fight her to the death.
- One more feature no one asked for! The cheat detection system is now much more effective for vanilla companions. Even the Course-Raider-German-Sex Doll counts (an optional file has been added to eliminate monogamy).
- Added a few new lines for other mod patches. But if you are using an old SS2 patch, don’t update.
- Some lines were deleted or rewritten.
- Maybe I forgot to say something.
Updated on December 28th:
Version 2.1
- Added 50 new lines (mostly specific lines that you can barely hear, such as when you are standing on the dead Nisha/Mags/Mason)
- Change the task idle comment to only play it once. Because people often start a mission (such as capturing a castle) and after 100 hours
Do everything inside.
- Added optional files for SS2 comments
- Updated the othermodscomments file and restored two unplayable lines (note: lines can be skipped at the beginning of the battle - no harm, just can't hear that special line. Don't know how to prevent skipping at the beginning of the battle)
Updated on November 17th:
Version 2.0
-I added special lines if the player is a ghoul. She will dump you because you are …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
