This mod does not work on next-gen versions of the game.
Added a UI for displaying an NPC's current carry weight and carry weight limit in the trade menu. As shown in the video above, the UI initially appears near the center of the screen, and entering and closing the console will switch to resize mode. In this mode, you can drag the UI or use the arrow keys on your keyboard (up/down or left/right) to resize it. Once adjustments are complete, opening and closing the console again will return you to the display menu.
Version 1.1 Updates:
You can now change weight values, borders, and interior colors in MCM. Please review the details below.
After adjusting the UI to the desired position and size, open the MCM, find "Companion Carry Weight Display" and disable "Activate adjustment mode when opening and closing the console". This will prevent adjustment mode from being activated when opening and closing the console.
Additionally, you can modify the weight value, border, and inner color. The values for Red, Green, and Blue are in the format 0xFFFFFF and should be entered in decimal after conversion. You can make the border invisible by changing the options, and if you just want to keep the weight value numbers visible, set the alpha value of the inner color to 0.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
