Install
Go to "Documents\My Games\Fallout 4\" and open "Fallout4.ini"
Change "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\" to "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\,TEXTURES\"
Unzip the downloaded file and place it in the "Fallout4\Data\" folder
When it rains, the rain HUD effect does not cover the front HUD, but it is barely noticeable.
