This mod adds a craftable guitar that you can place anywhere and actually play it, with whatever chords you want. You can also craft them in your settlement. The video below shows some guitar color options and how to play it!

After you obtain a guitar for the first time, you can craft it at the Chemistry Workbench under the guitar!
NOTE: This seems to be the best way to approach the guitar so you can actually play the chords in the order you like. However, you have to wait for a small delay between chords, about 0.66 seconds. If you play it earlier, the game will play the same chord again no matter what chord you play next.
