[Chinese] Weapon display stand v4.0

Add 6 weapon racks to the Decoration-Wall Decoration-Others column of the construction mode. Four of them are hanging boards placed vertically on the wall, and the other two are weapon racks placed on a horizontal surface. After placing it, exit the construction mode, equip the weapon you want to display, then click the mouse on the weapon rack and press e, and the weapon you equipped will appear in the position of the weapon rack. You can retract the weapon by pressing E on the weapon, and the weapon holder that disappeared appears again. MOD weapons can be placed, but grenades and the like don't seem to work. Press E against the flat weapon rack and release immediately to place the weapon. Press and hold e to lift the weapon rack, making it easier to place the weapon rack on different items.

In addition, the chemical station can create a "weapon rack" setting ring. Once equipped, a settings menu will appear to set whether to lock the rack so that residents cannot access it (the default setting is locked); and whether to continue to display the rack after placing the weapon (the default is not to display).
