According to the author, this MOD modifies some triggering conditions for regular conversations with NPCs. For example, what the residents say will determine which dialogue is triggered based on the conditions of the settlement (mainly happiness) and your relationship with a specific NPC, instead of not treating you as one of their own like now. The guard will also choose a dialogue that is more respectful to you based on some conditions. The author said some regular dialogues for fraternities, colleges, etc. have also been modified.
