When modifying clothes, armor, weapons, etc. at the Armor Workbench or Weapon Workbench, the transformation of legendary enchantments will be added. There are 3 versions.

Normal version: Same as normal transformation.

Decompose first and then transform: Transformation requires the use of "legendary special effect parts". Different transformations require different numbers, probably at least 2, and some require more. You can get one by dismantling a legendary item.

Remove first and then transform: First change a legendary item to non-legendary transformation on the workbench, and then generate corresponding special effect transformation parts, which can be used to transform other items. In fact, you can only move from one item to another.

There is a special effect called charging, which is actually a scam. The explanation is that the more reloads, the more powerful it is, but it will cause radiation to the player.
