About this mod Machine translation
v1.7: Modify the ordering of the menu, +5 happiness for resident workstations.
Currently this MOD is divided into two parts (actually 2 MODs)
- Some transparent floor mats are provided in the Resources-Others column. After being placed, residents will randomly use these mats to perform some actions (most players can also use them directly to view the actions). There are currently 81 actions. Requires Mechanical Legion, Far Harbor, Sanctuary Workshop DLC and Nuka World.
- There are some resident workbenches (which cannot be used by players) in the Resources-Others column. You can assign a resident, and then the resident will perform the action of using the workbench in front of the workbench. It is a relatively boring thing. Requires Machine Legion DLC and Nuke World.
This MOD is the earliest of its kind. Compared with other similar MODs, the main feature is that it is constantly updated and includes some actions in DLC. The main problem is that the resident action mark floor mat is transparent and cannot be seen at all (there is a similar MOD that can see the floor mat when entering construction mode).
Notice:
- The main problem with this MOD is that the transparent floor mat has no direction indication, so it is recommended to use it directly and check it once after placing it.
- The transparent floor mat is completely invisible. You may forget that you have placed such a thing as soon as you look back.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
