The mode brings a functional new settlement to Fallout 4.

Location:

The settlement is located on a hill southwest of Hardware City, north of the Coast Guard Pier, and east of Westing Estate.

Features:

• Simple, functional solution.
• Central location near Diamond City.
• A short story content.
• Legendary weapons.
• Workstation for survival players.
• All objects can be grabbed.
• Construction of 134 x 121 x 50 feet (=ft/ft).
• Random attacks (like any other settlement).
• Sim Settlements compatible.

hint:

• Prepare to fight (level 20 and above recommended).
• You can attract new settlers via Recruitment Radio Beacon.
• You can assign supply lines to settlements.

Notice:

• It works with all DLC, but no walkthrough work is possible (Nuka World).

Eastereggs：

• The many beer bottles on the balcony allude to the party mentioned in Moeru's journal.
• The Brutalizer is also a premium item in League of Legends.

Spoilers:

• To get the legendary weapon, look at the steamer inside the main house.

Behind the Scenes:

• Chestnut Hill is a stop on the MBTA Green Line "D" Branch located on Hammond Street north of Massachusetts Route 9 in the Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Newton, Massachusetts. The station has two side platforms serving both tracks of the line. Chestnut Hill station is not disabled access.

• 134 x 121 x 50 ft (= foot/feet) to build.
• Randomly attacked (like any other settlement).
• Sim Settlements compatible.

Tips:

• Prepare for an battle (Level 20+ recommended).
• You can attract new settlers with a Recruitment Radio Beacon.
• You can assign supply lines to the settlement.

Notes:

• It works for all DLC's, but no Raiders jobs possible (Nuka World).
