About this mod Machine translation

The new version has been overhauled to hopefully help you save some of the in-game build restrictions and/or add extra ideas for settlement crafting. I really tried to add everything on my own that I could imagine that wasn't in the original.

If you like it, don’t forget to like the original address:

After reading all my (original author bgd00, the same below) comments on previous versions/versions of mods, I decided to improve myself and them. I learned things I didn't know (some tutorials I watched didn't explain everything I needed to know).

So here I am, back with a brand new version of Cheap Building. This is a complete overhaul, everything from previous versions has been renamed, textures removed, or new sections added. Therefore, any previous version will need to be removed or replaced as it will not work. I did this because I wanted to make things easier to modify my ending and hopefully make it better for you guys too.

So what does this MOD do?

It basically gives you stuff for crafting houses, fortifications, trash walls, stairs, ladders, planting plots (you had to buy the DLC for them, but you don't need it now) (limiting things to build without using mods to remove this limitation) and more.

Patience is more than just a card game;

I've added a lot and tried to break it up into useful sections, and you might get a little annoyed, but once you get used to the options and the way I plan them, you'll be building your new home and gardening before you know it.

mistake?

I can only test it so many times (it's been a few months since I started using this mod again and I've spent countless hours testing it in the best possible way). If you do find a bug then I'm sorry but I tried my best. So use the bugs section on to notify me of any bugs and I'll do my best (I can't guarantee) to fix it.

Do I want to donate?

No! Modding should be about having fun, and it makes me happy to know that people around the world are using my mods. When you expect or want to make money for a hobby, it turns into a job and I don't need one of those, which also ruins the hobby. So I hope you enjoy my 100% free mod.

illustrate,

I tried to make some but it's hard for me to explain. The best you can do is experiment, 95% of things are stuck to the sides, inside (like interior walls and railings), foundations and land can be stacked, ramps can be used to deny access or make it easier for NPCs to walk up instead of using stairs etc. Literally 95% of everything lines up with everything else.

If something isn't snapping and you think it should snap (corner post, edge, etc.), remove the object like the wall, then snap another object into place and pop the wall back (make sure there's another wall to snap to). As I said, this took some getting used to and I tried to add as many snap points as possible to make things a little difficult, but in the end it gave better results.

Note:

There are 3 categories “Wood, Metal and Concrete”. All 3 options use the same model, but only in one of the textures. Now only LANDSCAPE plots (grass, sand, etc.) only require Cap. Everything else uses 1 unit of the same texture (I think it's better to use materials instead of cash).

Why only glass?

I prefer this version, I think the more holes/gaps the more the game will slow down.

BUILD LIMITATIONS!!! - Please note that this mod is also helpful, so please note that some of the objects I included are actually for decoration, so don't use them if your PC is not powerful enough (gap fillers, etc.).

photo,

I took a bunch of screenshots to give you an idea The landscape ramps no longer exist (they just looked like garbage), and not everything is shown because there's just too much to show you.

Thank you and I hope you like my mod. BGD00 series

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
