Charlie Station - A home for Enclave players
describe
Listening station Charlie-1, better known as Station Charlie, is discovered. Originally a VTOL refueling station, in the early 2260s it was converted into a signals intelligence listening post on the orders of President John Henry Eden to gather intelligence on the then newly discovered highly advanced threat known as the Academy. The station continued to operate, studying the Institute's technology and monitoring their communications, until the Enclave's humiliating defeat in 2277, after which it was mothballed by the remaining Enclave leadership as they regrouped and consolidated their surviving forces elsewhere. Today, Charlie Station lies dormant, forgotten by all but the occasional curious wildlife. It sits off the beaten path on the southernmost edge of the Commonwealth, waiting to be rediscovered.
This player's home is a project that I (the original author MadGodMods, the same below) has put on hold for a long time. After being shelved countless times and going through dozens of iterations and rebuilds, I'm excited (and relieved) to finally release it. Of course, the bunker was designed with Enclave players in mind and should work especially well with mods like America Rising 2 . While this is nominally the home of Enclave players, you don't have to play as a member of an Enclave to enjoy it. With multiple faction decoration options, you can modify your bunker to represent any of the major factions in Fallout 4 and even display decorations to celebrate the holidays. No matter what kind of player you are, I hope you find a home at Charlie's Station.

Known issues/limitations
- Due to the unusual entrance to the bunker and CK simply refusing to let me navigate the central platform, the NPCs were unable to find their way inside on their own. If you want your companions to live in the bunker with you, you'll need to have them follow you inside the bunker first, and then chase them away while they're inside. This isn't ideal, but I can't find a way around this problem. I may get another fix down the ro …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
