This is my (original author O14, the same below) Type 2 of the naturalistic BodySlide preset, and it is also my personal preferred preset. This version only has 1 type of breast; one for costume and nude. The back and waist are slightly larger, the butt is rounder, and the calves, forearms, shoulders, and neck are slightly fatter.
This preset comes in three different sizes:
Small
Smaller breasts, smaller ass, looks petite.
normal
Perfect normal size for any occasion.
big
My personal preference would be a slightly bigger butt and a thicker waist to look more natural.
You can download it using your mod manager of choice or install it manually by unzipping and placing the files in the BodySlide folder into your Fallout 4 directory, for example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Tools\BodySlide\SliderPresets

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
