Knowledge information:
Born in New Vegas, Allen is a self-proclaimed cartographer who has traveled to several parts of the United States and managed to survive in all of them. After a brief stop in the Capital Wasteland, she discovered that the Federation was still intact. She goes to Diamond City to seek help from the people on the map and manages to convince the sole survivor to help her, taking her into his/her journey to the Federation. She has seen many things.
She can be found at the Canoe Inn in Diamond City (original version)
She can be found at (Vault 111 Observation Point) (and bug fixed) Recommended to use this version Author: dleejuly83 (Guiku allows modification of his original mod)
If you've been to Quincy and successfully completed her affinity quest (Shock of Destruction) and reached her affinity (>1000) but nothing happens, try the following console workaround:
Open a console and click on Ellen to make her the active target, then enter the following command:
setav CA_IsRomanceableNow 1
setav CA_WantsToTalkRomanceRetry 1
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
