Redo the animation by editing the original author's time from 3DS Max to the original animation. This sounds like it should!
What does this module do?
As the overview says, this mod edits the animation of the Capital Wasteland hunting rifle to eject the shells. This includes editing the receiver so that the cartridge case ejects in the correct position. I also adjusted the reloading to give you a full magazine when switching to a different caliber reload, rather than inserting the magazine (for those of you who are using tactical reloads)
As a consistency safety measure, I also made a file to make these animations available for the original shotgun. Making it a right-hand drawbar and in line with its Capital Wasteland counterpart. The effect is perfect, just like it was in the original game.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
