How to find the inside
To find the interior you have to go past the Cambridge Police Station to the garage on the side of the building. There you will find double doors leading to the interior of the house. You can open your garage door to allow easy entry when you return. When you go inside, you'll unlock a fast travel token for it, allowing you to fast travel directly to it like any other location.

Install
Install using your favorite mod manager.
renew
Remove all items and NPCs from inside. Leave inside. Install updates.
uninstall
If you decide to uninstall or delete the mod during gameplay. It goes without saying that you should remove all items stored inside unless you don't mind losing everything. This also includes any friends you have who live there.
Known issues
Supply line issues
Creating supply lines for workshops is not working properly. Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix this, so I decided to keep it, since this player house is for players who want to play the game in a place that doesn't deal with settlements.
Stove Hover
This is an unfortunate little side effect of me keeping the stove at the same height as the kitchen cabinets. This has no effect on gameplay other than you hovering slightly off the ground when using a workbench (you usually can't see this when in the crafting menu, but it will be obvious if a companion sandboxes and starts using it). If it bothers you, you can scrap the entire kitchen counter.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
