Butch Deloria - Companion NPC

This mod brings Butch Deloria from Fallout 3 into the world of Fallout 4. It has been fully and thoroughly tested.

This version of Butch Deloria:

• Created using my personal Fallout presets and taking into account the content of the Thuggysmurf mod. Deacon, for example, is a lonely wanderer.

• is marked as protected, which means you, the player, can kill him, but no one else can.

• Contains expletives. Not a lot, but as you'd expect from 30-year-old Butch Deloria.

• Use AI generated voice lines to flesh him out as much as possible.

• He is located at Railway Headquarters. He is a railroad agent and a member of the Railroad Faction, although his dialogue doesn't reflect that much (he does mention the Synths being Man vs. Machine controversy). He is still the leader of the Tunnel Snakes.

• Included in the Rehire scene is a section called "Background Information" where Butch explains in depth why he's in the Federation and connects the events of Fallout 3 to Fallout 4.

• His "What's On Your Mind" section includes some fun one-liners, connections to game events, and more

• Can use power armor. Because of the way I wrote the script, if you ask him to get out of power armor when he's not wearing it, he'll have a funny reaction.

• By default, he cannot be sent to settlements (scripting issue). However, there is a loophole in this. Fire him in a settlement you own, enter settlement building mode, and move him to the settlement. He will then be counted into the settler population and have all the scripts needed to work as a settler.

Please note that this may cause some problems and I'm not entirely sure if he can be returned to Railway HQ, so do so at your own risk.
