Why bullet time?
Bullet Time is an excellent alternative to VATS. While VATS takes control of you and controls your position, Bullet Time gives you complete control over your mobility and aim. Instead of blaming missed VATS on a series of chances on the screen... now you can blame it on your target. See what you can do!
usage
When you enter the game, assign the Bullet Time object in your Aid Inventory to the hotkey of your choice. That hotkey will toggle bullet time.
To configure Bullet Time, select the Bullet Time Configuration item to open the configuration menu.
Install
Use the mod manager or, for a manual installation, copy the contents of the mod folder into the game's Data directory.
When loading the game, you will receive two items - Bullet Time Toggle and Bullet Time Configuration. They will appear in Pip-Boy's Aid menu.
If you have issues, make sure to enable general mods for your game! This is a guide.
In particular, make sure your ini file contains "sResourceDataDirsFinal=" and nothing else except an equals sign.
