About this mod Machine translation
what it can do
This mod adds penetrable vaults to the game. Each settlement has its own internal vault, accessible through folding loading doors. Once inside the vault, you'll find yourself in a prefabricated entrance area with an open door leading to nowhere. This is where you start building your own personal vault. This mod provides the following caraftable objects:
Small corridor (structure => safe => small hall)
Large corridor (structure => safe => lobby)
Small room (structure => safe => small room)
Large room (structure => safe => large room)
Elevator (structure => safe => elevator)
Sliding Arch (Structure => Safe => Door)
Windows (Structure => Safe => Other)
Doorsigns(Structures => Vault => Doorsigns)
Power Generation Connector (Electric => Generator)
Vault entrance (special price)
New objects are only available when you're in the vault, so they don't clutter your menu while you're outside.
These segments are only captured with segments of the same category and doorway. So if you're wondering how to transition from a small hallway to a room: use a doorway. If you fall out of the map during the build process (which happens a lot), don't worry. The game engine will detect this and transmit it back after a few seconds.
To enter the vault, you must craft two objects that can be found in the "Special" category: First craft the frame. It can be aligned with balcony and floor snaps. Then make the vault lift and snap it into the frame. Elevators are only shot at 90° intervals, so you may need to rotate them a bit. You can then enter the vault by activating the vault elevator. These two objects are limited to one per settlement, so if you scrap them, you'll have to exit and re-enter seminar mode to make them visible again.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
