"Fix" of Wastelander NPCs.
As the title says, a repair patch made by the original author rsm000rsm.
In the base game, there are six entries of Wastelander NPCs - three female and three male. However, some entries are used multiple times, while others are not used at all. This mod simply makes duplicate world space references call empty NPC (actor) records in the same way as the Polaris Wight.
