Drawing inspiration from past incursions by the Brotherhood of Steel's Reconnaissance Team, the Federation Minutemen implemented reforms to become a more effective and professional fighting force. They adapted uniforms, organization and techniques left over from previous scout teams. To support Boston's future dream of a unified republic, the following changes have been implemented:

The overall aesthetic is intended for a professional independent militia or a Commonwealth militia allied to the Brotherhood. There is currently no crafting recipe for armor, they must be generated via console commands. Dragoon armor consists of the breastplate only and requires the other combat armor limbs. Militia members will be equipped with combat uniforms, helmets, blue bandanas, road goggles and scoped laser rifles or pistols through a modified tier list.
