Boston Airport Modded settlement
Hello everyone! Guess who is back in Silent Hell lol!
So Boston airport sucks! I'm not a fan of all the vanilla crafting I do, and it sucks that you can't put food in settlements. But worried that at least there will be no water! So here are my thoughts on a small but promising military base for BOS. I used mods to create this version (don't worry there are only 5 [you'll find them listed below]). If you change it, I'd love to see what you do with it! Before import:
I use stable settings to import and export this settlement
You need to install spring cleaner
I use scrap all console commands to get rid of everything else in the airport. (spring clean it to get rid of debris and roadblocks)
I have not placed the lighthouse at this time, if you would like to have one you are welcome to place it wherever you want.
What you need:
WastelandWorkshop DLC
ContraptionsDLC
FarHarbor DLC
VaultTech DLC
Nuka World DLC
Settlement expansion
transfer settlement
MODS
Thematic and practical (required for main BOS construction)
Housewife (must be 'fence')
creative clutter
Workshop rescheduled
spring cleaning
feature
All production sites
Exercise station (must maintain top shape)
Office area
double storey house
cafeteria
Security Station
Install:
Download and place the .json file in your fallout 4 data folder (Fallout 4> Data> F4SE> Plugins> TransferSettlements> blueprints)
Create a new empty folder and place the files in the newly created folder.
Known issues:
Light fixtures and spotlights may need to be moved to make them work
The power supply is probably in the red (the wire has to be found/connected somewhere [usually behind one of the power armor displays])
My other transfer placements:
Landscape Island
gray garden
kingsport lighthouse
Abernathy Farm
Murkwater Construction
Egret Tour Finch Marina
farm
Nuka-World Strategy Red Rocket
Dalton Farm
visitor center
fallout new vegas
Saved games and achievements
Some other things you might like and my inspirations:
Space2jump
Mayaterror
Frozen Memories
PhasedTM
Hey guys! guess who's back in fallout hell LOL!
so BOSTON AIRPORT sucks to build! i wasn't to keen on all the vanilla builds i have done and it sucks in such a way that you cant place food in the settlement. BUT Worry not at least there's water!
So moving right along, this is my take on a small but hopefully decent military base for the BOS. I had used mods to create this build (dont worry theres only 5 [you will find them listed below]).
If you change this up I would love to see what you do with it!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
