The Sole Survivor receives a strange new signal broadcasting from the southern city of New Orleans, a new radio station called "Blue Bayou Radio". Hosted by the eager but nervous Remy, the station brings some Southern hospitality to the Commonwealth, with music, news and interviews with city locals.
