Start by downloading the required mods and placing them in your Fallout 4 Data folder.
Then place this esp in the Data folder to replace the old esp.

How to start: Find VERTIBIRD to the right of the SANCTUARY Bridge. The hotel is located near the Concord Water Tower. Pick up the key on the explosive box near the Vertibird and head to Gorton.
