This mod adds the BlasTech E-11 or simple Stormtrooper Rifle to the game, with scratch mods and textures, custom sounds, and custom projectiles!
The E-11 is a solid weapon and quite effective, but not the most accurate, so don't expect to do any decent 360 scopeless with this one, at least by default. Fortunately, its shortcomings can be addressed, as the blaster has some mods you can slap on it. First, and most simply, the inventory can be expanded, providing greater accuracy. After that, various ranges can be popped up; the blaster starts with a short-range range attached, but it can be replaced with a night vision range or a longer range range, up to 10x, and starting with 1.1 a reflective range can be attached. The E-11's accuracy can be further improved by popping out the collimator module, which further tightens the weapon's spread while increasing its damage, and combined with an open gun makes it quite good at sniping. Isn't sniping your thing? Don't worry, son, you can automatically make this puppy that lets you spray crimson bolts on anyone with brain damage who stomps around you. It's not as fast as most automatic weapons, but its spread and damage make it suitable for crowds or tight corridors. Ammo wise, the E-11 uses plain old fusion cells rather than any kind of custom ammo, but can be converted to use plasma cartridges starting with 1.2, Thus increasing its capacity from the standard 100 to 500.
Explosives can be found in the Hubris Comics building in the souvenir shop area behind the counter. It's the same area as my ion nebulizer, but the nebulizer is not in the same location as the atomizer so it shouldn't conflict. You'll also find some fusion cells close to it, so you can blastin' right into it.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
