About this mod Machine translation
I've been looking for blank billboard backs to support neon lights and what not. I can't find anything like this in the game billboards.
A small collection of blank billboards. Static objects are meant to be decorated.

I recommend using something like Place Everywhere to assist with placement. Script injection menu, uninstalling chem can be made from Chem Lab > Utilities

Install using mod manager
If you encounter the problem of missing decoration menus after installing (or uninstalling) the mod, try using the settlement menu manager's rescue feature. This works for me.
You may want to use uninstall chem before deactivating the mod, please do not deactivate while the game is running.
