Bethesda has correctly chosen size-based resolution textures on most objects, but keeping these rocks at 1k resolution when they're stretched so far is just asking for trouble. It's definitely an improvement, but I wouldn't call it HD, it's basically a bunch of tricks and a bunch of wonders of custom filters that most editors know.
The texture resolution is 2K, I won't provide a lower resolution version as it looks vanilla.
