About this mod Machine translation
Install:
This mod does not add any new files to your game, nor does it affect performance in any way.
Just install using NMM (or any other mod manager).
For manual installation, extract the .ESP file to the DATA folder (it is the only file in the download). Be sure to activate the mod in your plugins.txt and make sure the .txt file is set to READ ONLY before launching your game, otherwise it will reset and none of your mods will be enabled (recent results for patch 4, google it).
To uninstall, simply uninstall in the mod manager, or delete the BetterArmor & WeaponNaming_by_Ruddy88.esp file from the data files (and delete the plugins to the plugins.txt file).
compatibility:
As stated in the technical information section above, this mod shouldn't have any issues with any other mods as it only affects the INNR files in the game and I haven't seen any changes in the mod so far. If you are using an armor or weapon mod that uses unique keywords and unique INNRs, then the benefits of this mod will not apply to those specific items, but they should still work together.
The only incompatibility that would cause conflicts is with mods that modify vanilla INNR files, which as far as I know there are none.
If you find one, please let me know so I can contact the author and work on a patch, or at least update a list of incompatible mods.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
