BB tablet (PIP-Pad)

Front: Module Configuration Menu (MCM):

As shown in the picture, the famous BB boy replaced - BB tablet, and he was given a copy while the Enclave skin was released.

The main files of the standard version and the gold version (3 billion) have been packaged, the Looksmenu compatible file and the left-hand sleeve seam repair patch have been uploaded together. You can choose to install it according to your needs.

Are you tired of carrying that heavy BB boy on your arm? No? Ah, well...this is awkward...but, if you are, boy, I have news for you! This is the brand new PIP-Pad! This is a handheld Pip-boy that's ready for anything you throw at it!

So, all kidding aside, the PIP in the name stands for Personal Information Processor. We're not making this up. The PIP-pad is a real thing in the Fallout universe, hence the name we chose. You can read more about this legend here.

How to install

• Use your usual mod manager, such as MO2, to install. All compatibility fixes are provided in the installer.

• Manual installation instructions.

Prerequisites:

• F4SE
• Mod configuration menu

• Copy the files "Data\PIP-Pad.esp" and "Data\PIP-Pad - Textures.ba2" files from the archive to the game data folder.
• In the archive's data directory, select one of the "PIP-Pad - Main XXX.ba2", where XXX is the number 180, 220 or 255. These numbers represent the zoom level when you click RMB in the pipboy menu. You can see sample images in the archived directory "fomod\images".
• Copy the selected "PIP-Pad - Main XXX.ba2" to the game Data folder.
• Rename "PIP-Pad - Main XXX.ba2" to "PIP-Pad - Main.ba2". This is an important step!
• Copy the "MCM" directory to the game data folder.

Optional

• Select the appropriate patch in the archive directory "Patch".

If you want a patch for the 'Pip-Boy Flashlight' mod, then you also have to choose whether the light source is where the pipboy is (although with the PIP-Pad, there won't be anything on your wrist) or the head. Copy the directory "meshes" from the corresponding folder "HeadEmit" or "PipboyEmit" to the game data folder.

Don't forget to enable the .esp file in any way.

Add the following lines to Fallout4Custom.ini in Documents\My Games\Fallout4:

How to uninstall

For versions 0.6 and below:

In your inventory you will have a holotape called "PIP-Pad". Load it and click Uninstall. Holographic Tape can also be crafted at the Practical Chemistry Station.

For version 0.7 and higher:

Expand the PIP-Pad entry in the Mod Configuration Menu (MCM), select the Uninstall/Install page, and click Uninstall. Close MCM (return to game) and wait for confirmation.

If you don't follow this step, the original BB Boy will not be visible.
