About this mod Machine translation
Added JustReddz's available escalators to the metal menu with snap points.
Updated Chinese address on October 31:
What does this module do?
Added JustReddz's available escalators to the metal type menu of the workshop building with snap points.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I (original author Justreddz, the same below) really recommend that you use a mod like Place Everywhere. This works fine in my game, but I'm not the original modder and have no idea how this mod with game functionality will set up your specific mod settings.
What does it include?
Two-way escalator (up/down), one-way escalator (top) and one-way escalator (bottom), available in two texture sets, the original worn texture and a custom shiny pre-war version.
How to install?
Use a mod manager such as MO2 or Vortex (recommended) or unzip the contents into the Data folder and activate manually in plugins.txt
Where can I find them?
Structure > Metal > Prefab in the workshop construction menu (last)
What will they catch?
Double snap to P-Floor, single snap to P-Balcony01 (normal floor and balcony floor).
Does this mod modify anything else?
No.
Are there any future plans for this mod?
Bugs will be fixed if necessary. Maybe there's more work on custom textures.
Why does this mod exist?
I'm surprised no one added them earlier, I'm just sharing part of my personal mod.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
