It's an older MOD, but I couldn't find it on the forum. I didn't know if it would crash the car, so I just translated it into Chinese when I was using it.
This turns Pip-Boy into an equipment that can be taken off at any time. If there is nothing in the third person's hand, it will be automatically equipped when used.
It can also be equipped manually, so that the Pip-Boy can be seen in third person just like in the original game.
