About this mod Machine translation
Confused why Bethesda only included facial moles that are large and distracting, or that look like stage 3 melanoma? I am, so I created Attractive Mole so that your character doesn't have to have spotless skin but instead has realistic facial moles.
Two of the options are single moles, one on the mid cheek and one on the upper cheek. The other two options revolve around face classification, see picture. Sorry, they're a little hard to see in the collage.
2.0 adds a file with the original appeal and 4 mouth blemish replacers for extra combinations and looks. I uploaded more photos to hopefully give you a good idea of where to put the new ones, but some are placed on the neck or chin and are not visible in the new collage. Most of these new devices add 4-5 moles each, which is relatively small.
If installing manually, install to... Fallout 4\Data\Textures\Actors\Character\Character Assets\FaceDetails
Thanks Bloodjack for helping me figure this out!
My lavender hair character was created using my other mod Zella's Hair Dye Collection in the color lavender.
Some of the hair shown on the screen is from my mod Kat's New Hairstyles.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
