This mod adds two small quests to obtain your home and launch the custom radio station "Remnant Radio". Also included are two miscellaneous items. It restores the sand trap to full working condition when you first discover it. Once restored, each room has many interactive features, so look carefully as you may miss some. Included with this model is DogtoothCG's "Enclave Officer Uniform", along with a host of custom textures and objects. The mod also includes XricsX's "X-01 Enclave Paint Job". The Bunker also includes all workstations with shared storage and a vending terminal to purchase supplies, as well as four "simulation rooms" for your training. See the Features section for a more detailed look at what this bunker has to offer.
As you explore the Commonwealth, keep an eye out for five classic Fallout 3 skill books, "Speaking Congress Style," "The Big Book of Science," "Nikola Tesla and You," "U.S. Army: 30 Flamethrower Recipes," and "D.C. "Fall 3," "China Special Ops Training Manual," "Guns and Bullets," also includes two new magazine skill books. See the pictures to remember what they look like! The President's Wing's trophy room also has a custom bookshelf that can store five new skill books. Also be sure to complete all four simulation training missions to unlock the four unique bonus safes now included in the Redux version.
Additionally, you will be able to build 11 unique Enclave-themed settlement objects once the bunker is restored. The 11 items are: three styles of Enclave barricades, an Enclave guard tower, two Enclave flags (one on a wall, one waving on a flagpole), an Enclave Radar Dish, a radio tuned to "Remnants Radio," an Enclave bed, an Enclave Crate, and an Enclave checkpoint sign. Please see images to view items.
To begin your Enclave adventure, check out Vault 111's billboard.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
