Want to live in your old home at Sanctuary, but the Quincy survivors have been moping around in your house? This mod gives you some privacy and protection from extreme wasteland weather.
Nate is preparing for the worst since they didn't know about the Vault's admission until the day the bomb went off, so he prepares a shelter to take his family to. For two centuries, the Kajau have kept this place neat and clean, and it's right there waiting for you. No need to sleep in your neighbor’s crappy dirt cellar or house full of holes. Nate also left some sweet treats in the locker so you can start the game with something better than a pipe pistol.
Please note that I made this mod entirely for myself.
Requirements are what they are, cheats (Nate's Stash) are what they are, if you don't like it, don't use it xD
:: Prerequisites::
- DLCCoast.esm (Fahaba)
- DLCworkshop02.esm (device)
- DLCworkshop03.esm (Vault-Tec)
- DLCNukaWorld.esm (ugh)
:: Features::
- Mirror changes your appearance
- The workbench in the house is connected to the shelter workshop so they share items
- Armor, weapons, chemistry and cooking stations
- Functional terminal
- bobblehead doll stand
- Nuka-Cola display stand for use with DLC items
- Armor stand
- Beds provide the reward of a good rest (or a hug from a loved one)
- water source for survival
- Unique named storage
- Plenty of idle markers so your friends can nicely sandbox the navmeshed places,
*As usual, what do you take me for, a hopeless newbie? *
*Also cleaned with xEdit*
:: Recommended MODS::
- Rename anything via registrator2000 so you can if you want
Renamed Storage Box - The bonus files I added make the Sanctuary more suitable for building settlements
:: Known issues::
- When exiting the mirror, draw the gun to fix the third-person glitch
- Weapon barrels, bookshelves and gear stashes do not have quick loot, they are activators and work differently than "real containers"
- Some items are static and meant for viewing rather than use (chairs on tables, fountains)
: Known issues::
- Best for new games
- Possible compatibility issues (Z conflict) with mods that edit player houses in Sanc
- The navmesh isn't edited because, frankly, I don't care enough about some little pathfinding nerd ;]
Thank you so much:
- Ousnius for BodySlide and Outfit Studio <3
- jonwd7 for Nifskope <3
- Expired for appearance changing mirror <3
- Fade signal from Compact Crafting's workbench

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
