About this mod Machine translation
This mod adds the ASh-12.7, a high-precision urban combat rifle from Russia designed to achieve high stopping power while reducing collateral damage with low penetration.
Prerequisite: Tactical reload (if you don’t want to use it, delete the Meshes folder and TR patch and re-check it):
As the title says, I still want to send an inventory. I use the ASH12.7 high-power bullpup rifle for my own use. The bag integrates the main body, the TR patch and the animation adjustments made by a certain big guy. I originally wanted to post a guide, but I found that his video was gone, and I don’t know if his account has been sold out. In addition, due to my testing habits and not playing much recently, I am not sure whether Chinese translation has been included. I have the impression that this site has related Chinese translation, but I am not sure whether it can be adapted. In addition, the backup animation and TR patches are additionally packaged (there is also a SHAK12 in the package, which is the Tarkov version of ASH, which may be considered for release in the future), so that people who want to try animation adjustment but do not use TR are convenient.
“Ashes to ashes, fun to funky.”
This mod adds the ASh-12.7, a high-precision urban combat rifle from Russia designed for high stopping power.
Contains:
- 1 unique weapon: "Vodyanoy" located in Forest Grove Marsh.
- Reticle customization, each reflex sight has 5 different reticle.
- Support for Scrivener's Scopes Framework.
- i_code_i custom animation
- New ammo type (12.7x55mm) is crafted under the same entry in the Chemistry Workbench where you can craft the weapon itself.
Fallout 4 version 1.10.162 or higher
Due to recent changes to Fallout 4 and the latest updates to the Creation Toolkit, which were made to expand the number of forms a plugin can have, this means that this mod and most mods released from now on will not run in any version prior to 1.10.162, if you find that the game crashes or the mod just "doesn't show up" after installation, then you most likely are not running this version of the game and you will have to update.
How to get weapons?
There are 3 ways to obtain weapons:
- Craft weapons and ammunition at the Chemistry Workbench
- Find the unique edition mentioned above.
- console command ("help ASh 4 WEAP" will give you the correct ID) or ESP extractor
Why new ammo types?
The closest 12.7x12.7mm ammo to the 12.7x55 ASh-12.7 used in the real world is the standard .50MG in Fallout 4, the problem is that the ejected shells are oversized, so new ammo was added, but it is easy to convert to .308 by crafting it in the Chemistry Lab or using raw materials, or there is no option to ask for it, and 500 rounds are provided for you to use.
Why is there no graded list?
Mainly because it's not lore friendly and I've found that most people would rather craft it or add it via the console than buy it at a vendor. Organizing custom ammo using graded lists can also be cumbersome.
Patch for Horizon or other overhaul mods?
I won't be making any patches for other mods, anyone is welcome to make and post their own as long as it's just esp.
Xbox version?
Anyone is welcome to port this to xbox, just send me a link so I can post it here.
I can't find the only one?
It's under a blue tarp on one of the rooftops in the swamp
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
