About this mod Machine translation
Fallout 4 has armor mods. Fallout 4 doesn't allow you to apply these armor models to many devices. I didn't like this, so I changed. Now made with FO4Edit, so say goodbye to dirty, dirty hex editing.
Available in two flavors.
normal:
Added slots for Ballistic Weave (Improved PD/ED) to almost all gear and helmets.
Add a misc slot for the insulating liner (improved ED/RD) or one of the other armor modifications such as bagged, lightweight, dense, low profile, etc.
More slot machines:
Same as above, but also reduces the number of slots occupied by many devices, allowing you to use them together. Probably stronger than the possible vanilla combination.
Note that this mod does not allow you to first bypass the quest requirements to unlock armor modifications. You must still do this, or use the following console command: Set RailroadClothingArmorModAvailable to 1
Both versions allow players to look more polished or more sophisticated without sacrificing a ton of protection. No need to cover yourself with glue and roll in the bin for good defense.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
