This mod adds a cave entrance near the lake east of Sanctuary Villa that leads to a new sanctuary. The shelter contains a pre-war shelter building/studio where you can decorate your own house or the entire shelter. I thought it would be cool to have a replica of the pre-war Asylum House; specifically, the Players House. I hope you enjoy it!
