In CBBE, the female body has closed skin where the genitals are, with no physically moving bones there. Anatomy adds realistic genitals (Nahka's model, rigged on today's CBBE) and the bones they need to run the game. The anatomy engine (fo4-ocbpc) moves bodies when they are in contact, rather than fixing the pose.

You can only make a body once on your computer. After installation, you run Anatomy Builder, a small program. It builds the body based on your existing CBBE, skin and bones, so they match them. If something doesn't fit, it will stop and tell you instead of guessing. Naka's work ships are shipped as patches, subject to her permission.

Body: CBBE family (CBBE and 3BBB) in women and BodyTalk 4 in men. 3BBB also requires skeletal adjustments to accommodate CBBE. A true wasteland body is optional: once installed, AnatomyBuilder will add TWB's sliders to the Anatomy body, so TWB can preset shapes as well. Anatomy has its own physics settings, so don't add physics presets (like MTM/OCBP) anymore: they are not compatible. The preset that comes with 3BBB is an exception: keep it.
